These setting did not appear to make much/any difference.

Various test prints
Just seem to be swapping one type of print artifact for another. Some sections of the flash forge sliced part are perfect, the same sections sliced by Prusa are poorer, etc.

Overhangs curling upwards
If curling happens in places that have no bed contact: Too much cooling.
Try reducing cooling to 50% Raise nozzle temp to 200C Lower board temp to 50C
Last but not least: in Cura, there is a “Z Seam Alignment” option that I now use, and would suggest anyone to set on “random” (it isn't by default)
